Plethico Pharmaceuticals said one of its promoters — Mr Shashikant Patel — has revoked 5.35 lakh shares of the company, following which the shares pledged by him has come down to 72.92 per cent.
On July 6, Mr Patel has revoked 5,35,715 shares thereby reducing the pledged stake to 72.92 per cent, Plethico Pharma said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Mr Patel on July 4 had pledged 5 lakh shares of the company.
Plethico Pharmaceuticals has a portfolio of over 200 branded products sold in more than 60 countries.
Shares of Plethico Pharmaceuticals on Friday closed at Rs 375 apiece on BSE, down 0.77 per cent from its previous close.
