Premier Chennai Properties, in a communique to the stock exchange, said it has come out with a buyback offer of up to 25,834 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at Rs 12,000 a share totaling about Rs 31 crore, on a proportionate basis, through tender offer.
