Speciality Restaurants has fixed a price of Rs 150 a share for anchor investors and raised Rs 26.41 crore.
Anchor investors have been allotted 15 per cent of the total book (17.6 lakh shares) in this IPO.
In the anchor book, five institutional buyers — Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund, International Opportunities Fund — India Equity, SBI Magnum Growth Fund, Reliance Capital Trustee Co Ltd, Reliance Equities Opportunities Fund and HSBC India Alpha (Mauritius) — have been allotted 20 per cent each.
The issue opens for subscription from May 16 to May 18 and is priced between Rs 146 and Rs 155 a share.
Kotak Mahindra is the book running lead manager and Link Intime the registrar and transfer agent to the issue.
