U.S. stocks were trading flat on Tuesday in the morning session as Nasdaq index moved higher. The Dow Jones industrial average gained 1.50 points to 16,155, the S&P 500 added around 4 points to 1,842.32 and the Nasdaq Composite gained 25 points to 4,268.51
