The promoters of Wockhardt today said they released pledge of shares held in the company.
The 69,716,132 equity shares held by Khorakiwala Holdings and Investments Pvt Ltd and 442,785 equity shares held by Dr Habil Khorakiwala were released, a company statement said here.
With these, there are no promoters’ shares that are now pledged, the release said.
Wockhardt has a significant presence in US, Europe and India, with 83 percent of its global revenues coming from international businesses.
