The BSE on Friday sold 43.36 shares, representing 4.15 per cent of Central Depository Services India (CDSL) at ₹78.93 a share, aggregating to ₹34.23 crore.
Post-stake sale, the BSE holds 50.05 per cent stake in CDSL, the exchange said in a press release. The press release, however, did not reveal the identity of the buyers.
