At the Erode Turmeric Merchants Association Sales yard, finger turmeric sold at ₹5,799 to 8,789 a quintal, root variety sold at ₹5,455 to 8,255 a quintal. Of the arrival of 1,833 bags 1,070 bags were sold.
At the Regulated Marketing Committee, finger turmeric sold at ₹7,574 to 8,615 a quintal, root variety sold at ₹7,289 to ₹8,301 a quintal. Of the arrival of 991 bags 769 bags were sold.
At the Erode Cooperative Marketing Society, finger turmeric sold at₹7,693 to ₹8,863 a quintal, root variety sold at ₹7,540 to ₹8,311 a quintal. Of the arrival of 874 bags 855 bags were sold.
