Wholesale gur (jaggery) prices remained flat in the national capital today following small buying support amid restricted supply. Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur market also ended flat on little doing.
Market analysts said arrivals and offtake were almost at par, which kept the prices unaltered.
Following are the quotations in Rs per quintal:
Chakku 2,250-2,300, pedi 2,300-2,350, Dhayya 2,350-2,400 and Shakkar 2,450-2,500.
Muzaffarnagar: Raskat 1,800-1,900, chakku 2,050-2,250 and Khurpa 2,000-2,050.
Muradnagar: Pedi 2,050-2,100 and Dhaya 2,100-2,150.
