Prices of maida and sooji declined, while gram dal moved up, but all other commodities ruled steady at the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Maida (90 kg) and sooji (90 kg) moved down by Rs 50 each to Rs 1,650 and Rs 1,850, respectively. However, gram dal rose Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 2,950. Tur dal, urad dal, moong dal, sugar and wheat were traded at their previous rates.
Following are the wholesale rates in Rs per quintal: Tur dal 6,800, urad dal 7,000, moong dal 7,200, gram dal 2,950, sugar 2,700, wheat 1,900, maida (90 kg) 1,650 and sooji (90 kg) 1,850.
