Menthol prices fell by Rs 10 a kg in the national capital on Saturday on weak domestic and export demand.

Increased arrivals from producing regions also put pressure on the prices.

Menthol bold crystal, menthol flake and mentha oil prices moved down by Rs 10 to conclude at Rs 1,375, Rs 1,255 and Rs 1,150 a kg, respectively.

Market analysts said weak domestic and export demand against increased arrivals from producing regions mainly pulled down menthol prices in the wholesale chemical market here.
