Refined soya oil prices fell by Rs 1.15 to Rs 628 per 10 kg at the futures trade today as traders indulged in profit-booking at higher levels influenced by a low demand at the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, refined soya oil for April contract fell by Rs 1.15 or 0.18 per cent to Rs 628 per 10 kg in a business volume of three lots.
The fall in refined soya oil futures was mostly attributed to speculators indulging in profit-taking at higher levels due to fall in demand at the spot market by traders.
