Prices of sugar and sooji went up, while gram dal moved down and all other commodities remained unchanged at the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Gram dal declined by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 2,900. Wheat went up by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 1,900 and sooji by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 1,900.
Following are the rates in Rs per quintal, except where stated otherwise: Tur dal 6,800, urad dal 7,000, moong dal 7,200, gram dal 2,900, sugar 2,700, wheat 1,900, maida (90 kg) 1,700 and sooji (90 kg) 1,900.
