Spot rubber declined on buyer resistance following the sustained weakness in the domestic and international trendsetters. RSS 4 dropped to ₹132 (₹133) a kg as quoted by the traders. The grade slid to ₹132.50 (₹133) and ₹129.50 (₹130) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers. July futures surrendered to ₹134.60 (₹136.09), August to ₹136.20 (₹136.93) and September to ₹135.90 (₹137) a kg on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) weakened to ₹116.58 (₹117.10) at Bangkok. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 132 (133); RSS-5: 129 (130); Ungraded: 120 (123); ISNR 20: 122 (122) and Latex 60%: 115 (115).
