Spot rubber was weak on Friday. RSS 4 fell back on buyer resistance to ₹132 from ₹133 and ₹132.50a kg respectively, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade declined to ₹129 (129.50), according to dealers. The trend was mixed. December futures dropped to ₹133.30 (134.13), January to ₹134.86 (135.84), February to ₹137.05 (137.90) and March to ₹139.50 (140.01) on the NMCE. December futures for RSS 3 slid to ₹111.38 (111.53) on the TOCOM. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 132 (133); RSS-5: 129 (129); ISNR 20: 113 (113) and Latex (60% drc): 92 (92.50).
