At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in May gained Rs 11.90 or 1.08 per cent to Rs 1,115 a kg, with a business volume of 32 lots.
Likewise, the spice for delivery in April surged by Rs 11.10 or 1.03 per cent to Rs 1,089 a kg, with an open interest of 87 lots.
