Despite weak global cues, slack and scattered physical demand, rally in oils and oil seeds continued amid government's move to hike import duty on edible oils. Soya (refined) was quoted at ₹722-24 for 10 kg, while soya solvent ruled at ₹685-90. Palm oil quoted at₹702 , while groundnut oil rose to ₹940-60. Cotton oil traded marginally higher at ₹640-45. Price of mustard seeds rose to ₹5,100-5,150. Plant deliveries of mustard seeds for Jaipur line was quoted higher at ₹4,050-55.
