Jeera prices ruled flat on the futures on late profit booking after support seen due to some improvement in overseas enquiries and demand from spot buyers. At Rajkot APMC, jeera price was traded at ₹1,740-1,900 for a maund of 20 kg and arrival was reported about 660 quintals. In Unjha market of Gujarat, jeera was quoted at ₹1,800-2,100 and arrival was 10,000 quintals. Higher carryover stock and prospects of improved sowing may keep the uptrend limited even as export starts picking up with falling arrivals.
