Imported palmolein and soya oil declined ₹1 and ₹3 respectively while groundnut and rapeseed oil rose ₹10 and ₹5 respectively, keeping sunflower and cotton oil steady on the Bombay Commodity Exchange on Friday with routine volume. Malaysian palm oil futures rose on fourth consecutive day on expectation of higher demand amid ease production during Ramzan. About 250-300 tonnes palmolein was resold at ₹502-507. Liberty was quoting palmolein at ₹510 JNPT, ₹512 STC and ₹513 Shahpur for 25 July. Super Palmolein for ₹540 for 10-31 July and Soyabean refined oil ₹595 for July. On the National Commodities and Derivatives Exchange, soyabean refined oil August 15 futures was flat at ₹587.60 (₹587.95) and October 15 was ₹577.30 (₹578.85).
