Pulse seeds showed a mixed trend in Indore mandis with urad, chana and masur trading higher on slack arrival and strong buying support from millers, while moong and tur ruled stable on subdued demand and buying.Uptrend continued in urad with demand outstripping arrivals. Amid weak arrival and strong buying support from millers, urad (bold) in Indore mandis on Wednesday rose to ₹7,300-7,500 a quintal, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹6,600-7,000. Urad dal (medium) was at ₹8,400-8,500, urad (bold) ₹8,700-8,800, while urad mongar ruled at ₹9,600-10,100.The sluggish trend in moong continued amid scattered arrival of new crop in local mandis. Moong (new) in Indore mandis ruled at ₹7,450, while moong (medium) went for ₹6,800-7,000. Given further rise in arrival of new crop, sluggish trend will likely to continue in moong. Moong dal (medium) was ₹9,100-9,300, moong dal (bold) at ₹9,400-9,500, while moong mongar ruled at ₹9,500-9,800.
Tur (Maharashtra) quoted at ₹6,500 (up ₹100 from last week), while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹5,800-6,000. Tur dal (full) traded at ₹8,800-9,300, tur dal (sawa no.) at ₹8,350-8,550, while tur (mongar) ruled at ₹9,400-9,800 a quintal.
