Mustardseed prices moved up by Rs 13 to Rs 2,746 per quintal at the future trading today as traders enlarged their positions.
Market analysts said increasing of positions by traders on the back of firm spot market cues mainly pushed up the mustardseed futures prices.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, mustardseed for May delivery moved up by Rs 13 or 0.48 per cent to Rs 2,746 per quintal with an open interest of 1,52,960 lots.
Similarly, June contract also went up by Rs 12 or 0.43 per cent to Rs 2,796 per quintal with an open interest of 98,730 lots.
