Declining arrivals lifted prices of pulse seeds and pulses with tur (Maharashtra) rising to ₹4,200 a quintal (up ₹150 from last week), while tur (Madhya Pradesh) rose to ₹3,600-3,800. Rise in tur prices has been attributed to lower arrival of new crop. Tur dal (sawa no.) was at ₹5,000 a quintal, tur dal (full) at ₹5,600, while tur marka went for ₹6,000 respectively. Moong (bold) rose to ₹5,300-5,400 (up ₹300), while moong (medium) ruled at ₹4,500-4,700. Urad (bold) ruled firm at ₹3,600-3,700, while urad (medium) fetched ₹2,500-2,800.
