Silver futures prices extended losses for the second straight day by losing Rs 347 to Rs 50,155 per kg today, due to sustained selling influenced by a weakening global trend.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver for delivery in July plunged by Rs 347 or 0.69 per cent to Rs 50,155 per kg with a business turnover of four lots. Likewise, March contract fell by Rs 325 or 0.66 per cent to Rs 48,895 per kg with a business turnover of three lots.
