Weak global cues and slack demand pounded soya oil and soyabean in Indore mandis with soya oil declining to ₹732-35 (down ₹20) for 10 kg on Monday, while soya solvent ruled at ₹695- ₹700. Soyabean also traded low at ₹3,550-₹3,600 a quintal, while plant deliveries of soyabean were quoted at ₹3,625 a quintal. In the futures segment, too, soyabean traded low on weak global cues and buying support with its July and August contracts on the NCDEX today closing at ₹3,530 a quintal (down ₹67) and ₹3,575 (down ₹57) a quintal, respectively. Soyameal was quoted at ₹30,000 a tonne on weak domestic demand.
