Spot rubber finished flat on Friday. RSS 4 was quoted steady at ₹125 a kg, by traders and the Rubber Board. The volumes continued to remain low. January futures improved to ₹126 (125.58) a kg on the Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX). RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹110.57 (110.09)at Bangkok. Its January futures flared up to ₹122.24 (119.51) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM). Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 125 (125); RSS-5: 121 (121); ISNR 20: 117 (117) and Latex (60% drc): 89.50 (89.50).
