Spot rubber prices finished weak following sharp declines in the global markets on Friday. In spot, RSS 4 dropped to ₹160 (₹162) a kg, said traders.

The grade slid to ₹160.50 (₹161.50) and ₹157.50 (₹158.50) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers. March futures declined to ₹156.74 (₹159.73), April to ₹165.25 (₹167.68) and May to ₹170.25 (₹172.93) while the June futures improved to ₹174.90 (₹174.65) on the NMCE.

Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 160 (162); RSS-5: 151 (152); Ungraded: 135 (135); ISNR 20: 146 (147) and Latex (60% drc): 102 (103).
