Spot rubber explored further highs on Tuesday. RSS 4 improved to ₹153 (150) and ₹152 (150) per kg, respectively according to traders and the Rubber Board. There were fresh enquiries from the tyre sector. June futures weakened to ₹157 (158.41) on the Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX). RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹139.44 (138.92) at Bangkok. June futures improved to ₹146.96 (145.68) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM). Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) : RSS-4: 153 (150); RSS-5: 150 (147); ISNR 20: 131 (131) and Latex (60% drc): 94.50 (94.50).
