Spot rubber continued to remain steady on Friday. RSS 4 finished flat at ₹144 a kg, according to traders. The grade firmed up to ₹144 (₹143.50) and ₹141 (₹140.50) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and dealers. August futures declined to ₹141.60 (₹142.16), September to ₹135.90 (₹136.69), October to ₹131 (₹132.14) and November to ₹130.50 (₹133.46) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) weakened to ₹122.67 (₹123.54) at Bangkok. August futures slid to ¥184 (₹119.29) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 144 (144); RSS-5: 141 (141); Ungraded: 116 (116); ISNR 20: 121(121) and Latex (60% drc): 90 (90).
