Spot rubber finished almost unchanged on Friday. RSS 4 continued to rule steady at ₹120 a kg, according to traders. The grade was quoted unchanged at ₹118 and ₹115 respectively by the Rubber Board and dealers. The trend was partially mixed. October futures firmed up to ₹120.90 (₹117.98), November to ₹122.90 (₹120.15), December to ₹125 (₹121.95), January to ₹127 (₹123.09) and February to ₹128.05 (₹124.32) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) slid to ₹112.16 (₹112.52) at Bangkok. October futures improved to ¥178 (₹113.84) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 120 (120); RSS-5: 113 (103); Ungraded: 104 (1040); ISNR 20: 100 (99) and Latex (60% drc): 72 (72).
