RSS 4 weakened to ₹117.50 (₹118) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade dropped to ₹114.50 (₹115) as quoted by the dealers. The trend was mixed and volume low. December futures improved marginally to ₹116.20 (₹115.82), January to ₹117 (₹116.90) and February to ₹118.25 (₹118.14) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
RSS 3 (spot) declined ₹99.73 (₹101.03) at Bangkok. December futures closed at ¥189.0 (₹99.57) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange.
Spot rubber rates (₹/ kg) were: RSS-4: 117.50 (118); RSS-5: 113 (113); Ungraded: 107 (107); ISNR 20: 100.50 (101) and Latex (60% drc): 87 (87.50).
