Spot rubber continued to rule firm catalysed by the global gains on Tuesday. RSS 4 improved to ₹117 (₹116.50) a kg, according to traders. The grade quoted unchanged at ₹116.50 and ₹113.50 respectively by the Rubber Board and dealers. The trend was partially mixed. November futures concluded at ₹118.80 (₹118.96), December at ₹121.85 (₹121.72), January at ₹124.75 (₹124.40) and February at ₹127 (₹126.25) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to ₹116.70 (₹116.30) at Bangkok. November futures firmed up to ¥180 (₹114.44) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates ₹/kg: RSS-4: 117(116.50); RSS-5: 111.50 (111); Ungraded: 103 (100); ISNR 20: 101 (100) and Latex (60% drc): 72 (72).
