At Vashi with normal volume sugar prices remained unchanged . Activities at mill level remained thin and need base on less than expected demand. Other side sufficient supply and enough stocks kept morale steady at market level said sources. Arrivals at Vashi market were 59- 60 truck loads and local dispatches were at 58-59 truck loads. On Monday evening 12-13 mills offered tenders and sold about 25,000 bags at ₹3,490-3,560 ( ₹3,490-3,560) for S-grade and ₹3,580-3,650 (₹3,580-3,650) for M-grade. Producers have sold commodity at steady prices since last six days. On Bombay Sugar Merchants Association's spot rates were: (in ₹) S-grade 3,636- 3,720 (3,636-3,720) and M-grade 3,720-3,890 (3,720-3,890). Naka delivery rates were:(in ₹) S-grade 3,590 – 3,670 (3,590-3,670) and M-grade 3,690-3,770 (3,690 – 3,770).
