At the Erode Turmeric Merchants Association sales yard, finger turmeric sold at ₹5,841 to ₹8,131 a quintal and root variety at ₹5,529 to ₹7,594 a quintal. At the Regulated Marketing Committee, finger turmeric was sold at ₹7,109 to ₹8,255 a quintal and root variety at ₹6,931 to ₹7,703 a quintal. .
