Equirus Capital, a mid-market investment bank, announced its foray into the wealth management business and appointed Ankur Maheshwari as its Chief Executive Officer.
The new venture will offer investment solutions to high networth individuals (HNIs) and mass affluent clients, the company said in a statement.
Maheshwari joins Equirus Capital from Citibank where he headed investment sales. In the past, he has been associated with JP Morgan, ICICI Bank and Asian Paints.
