Jagran Prakashan Ltd's board of directors will meet on October 30 to consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares.
The board will also take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2013, the company informed the BSE.
The stock is trading flat at Rs 84.25 on the BSE. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 117.50 in January, while during last week, the scrip had registered its 52-week low of Rs 77.90.
