Kapston Facilities Management and Benara Bearings & Pistons plan to launch initial public offerings through the SME platform of the exchanges.

The former, engaged in providing private security and facility management services in India, aims to raise ₹21.19 crore through the NSE Small Medium Enterprise platform at ₹92 a share. The IPO comprises an offering of up to 23.04 lakh equity shares of face value ₹10 each by diluting 26.5 per cent equity share capital through a mix of offer-for-sale and issue of new shares.

The market lot size is 1,200 shares. The IPO is expected to be launched next week.

Auto components maker Benara Bearings and Pistons plans to raise up to ₹33.5 crore on the BSE SME platform in a price band of ₹60-63 a share.

The company will issue up to 53.16 lakh shares through the IPO. The minimum bid lot is 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 shares thereafter.

The proceeds of the issue will be used in the expansion of the company’s distribution network, setting up retail stores for parts and capex for its solar business subsidiary.

The public issue will open for subscription on March 20 and close on March 22.

Other SME issues

Besides, the public issues of Giriraj Civil Developers (8.52 crore) and Mittal Life Style (₹4.40 crore) will open for subscription on March 19-21 and the ₹15-crore IPO of Uravi T and Wedge Lamps on March 16-20 on the NSE-SME platform.

The lot size of Giriraj Civil Developer and Uravi T and Wedge is 1,200 shares and at a fixed price of ₹100; the lot size for Milttal Life is 6,000 shares and at a fixed price of ₹21.

The ₹28.99-crore public issue of Yasho Industries will open on March 19 and close on March 21 at a market lot size of 1,200 shares on the BSE SME.

Meanwhile, Sarveshwar Foods, the first from Jammu & Kashmir State, made its debut on the NSE Emerge. The company, which is engaged in the business of processing and marketing branded and un-branded basmati and non-basmati rice, closed at ₹70.05 a share, 17.59 per cent down from its issue price of ₹85.
