Fund house Mirae Asset AC today purchased more than 58,000 shares of Shree Cement worth about Rs 22 crore through open market transactions.
According to block deal data available with the stock exchanges, ‘Mirae Asset AC Mirae Asset Meister IND EQ Master INV Trust’ bought 30,284 shares for an average price of Rs 3,800 apiece. This deal was worth Rs 11.50 crore.
In another transaction, ‘Mirae Asset AC Mira Asst IND Blue Chip EQ Mast Invest Trust’ acquired 28,040 shares of the company for about Rs 10.65 crore. The average price of each share was Rs 3,800.
Meanwhile, another block deal showed that Nalanda India Equity Fund sold 58,324 shares in the company at a price of Rs 3,800 each.
Shares of Shree Cement went up 2.45 per cent to close at Rs 3,910 apiece on the BSE.
