Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has said the company and its promoters categorically deny any knowledge of any manipulation or any connection whatsoever with the so called brokers/ manipulators as reported in the media.
DHFL said in a communication to the stock exchanges that as a leading housing finance institution in the country, the company had always complied with and continued to adhere to all directions/ guidelines as laid down by the market regulator from time to time with strong corporate governance practices.
The company was responding to reports in a section of the media that DHFL was named as one of the companies in which stock price manipulation took place by certain brokers/ market manipulators.
