Our Bureau Shares of Ritco Logistics which were listed on the BSE-SME platform on Thursday, closed at ₹73.55 against the IPO price of ₹73.
Ritco Logistics came out with an initial public offering of 66 lakh shares of ₹10 each, aggregating to ₹48.18 crore. The company had completed its public issue on January 30.
Ritco Logistics, a Haryana-based company, is engaged in supply chain solutions, providing land-based logistics, warehouse and other value-added services in India.
The company offers a broad, integrated freight transpiration service under bulk load, dedicated load (to-and-fro), full truck load and less than truck load utilising company-owned fleets or through independent third party-operators; and other ancillary services such as warehouse and value-added services.
