Shares of 5Paisa Capital, an online financial services provider, will be listed on the bourses on Thursday. Last year, IIFL Holdings demerged 5Paisa Digital Undertaking from the company into 5Paisa Capital. Shareholders of IIFL had received one share of 5Paisa for every 25 held in the company. The shareholding pattern of 5Paisa will mirror that of IIFL Holdings. Canadian billionaire Prem Watsa owns 26.58 per cent in 5Paisa Capital, while the promoters hold 29 per cent.
