The capital issue committee of Aban Offshore on Tuesday approved the allotment of 1.08 crore equity shares of face value ₹2 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) at an issue price of ₹695.50 a share. The issue aggregates to about ₹750 crore. The stock of Aban Offshore jumped 3.2 per cent at ₹881.80 on the BSE.
