Asian markets were trading flat today as investors remain subdued after the recent gains.
Japan’s Nikkei 225 was up 12.02 points or 0.13 per cent at 9,596.39. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng was down 9.69 points or 0.04 per cent at 24,275.36. Singapore’s Straits Times was down 6.67 points or 0.21 per cent at 3,163.66. South Korea’s Kospi fell 11.52 points or 0.54 per cent to 2,115.19.
Australia’s S&P/Asx 200 was down 3.7 points or 0.08 per cent at 4,909.20. China’s Shanghai Composite was up 3.29 points or 0.11 per cent at 3,004.65. Taiwan’s Taiex gained 16.58 points or 0.19 per cent to 8,868.56.
