Asian stocks were trading in green on Wednesday.
Japan’s Nikkei 225 climbed 17.94 points or 0.19 per cent to 9,633.49. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng jumped 151.94 points or 0.63 per cent to 24,302.52. Singapore’s Straits Times gained 16.99 points or 0.54 per cent to 3,163.74. South Korea’s Kospi was up 1.61 points or 0.08 per cent at 2,132.04.
Australia’s S&P/Asx 200 was up 8.9 points or 0.18 per cent at 4,909. China’s Shanghai Composite rose 24.05 points or 0.81 per cent to 2,991.46. Taiwan’s Taiex surged 144.81 points or 1.66 per cent to 8,849.94.
