Atlanta Ltd has bagged an order from National Highways Authority of India for operations and maintenance of the four-lane Guwahati bypass in Assam. The company will operate, maintain and transfer the 205.16-km long bypass for a concession period of nine years. Atlanta is setting up a special purpose vehicle to undertake the project. The company currently has five projects on design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis. Shares of the company ended 7.1 per cent higher at ₹66.15 on the National Stock Exchange.
