Shares of MindTree, which specialises in e-commerce, business intelligence and data analytics, will be in focus as is board is meeting on Wednesday to consider a bonus issue. The board will also consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2014, and decide on a dividend payout. Its reserves as at the end of December 31, 2013, was ₹1,526.8 crore. If approved, it would be Mindtree’s maiden bonus issue since listing in 2007.
