Balmer Lawrie is a well diversified public sector company with strong presence in logistic and industrial packaging business. The company is a strong play in infrastructure and logistic space. With the expectation of strong development in logistic infrastructure sector, it is believed that Balmer Lawrie is the best investment bet given its strong balance sheet, healthy return on equity, attractive dividend yield and compelling valuation. We are positive on the stock and hence recommend a ‘Buy’ with a target price of ₹700.
