Allsec Technologies Limited’s Board of Directors has approved a proposal for acquiring Retreat Capital Management Inc, a mortgage servicing business company incorporated in the US by acquiring 100 per cent of shares in tranches over the next four years.
Exelon Infrastructure Ltd’s Board of Directors will on February 10 consider the issue up to 10 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each to promoters and others on by way of follow on public issue, rights issue, preferential allotment etc and to issue GDRs and/or ADRs convertible into equity shares, FCCBs, warrants convertible into depository receipts on preferential basis up to Rs.100 crore.
National Aluminium Company Ltd’s Board of Directors has approved sub-division of shares of Rs. 10 each into 2 equity shares of Rs. 5 each and issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.
