Karur KCP Packagings Ltd has said that the majority of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) holders have agreed to restructure the terms of the bonds, including extension of maturity period to next 10 years, subject to approval by RBI.
Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd has said, on the early morning of Monday a fire broke out in the factory premises at raw material storage shed and nearby open space where main raw material HDPE, LLDPE and PVC were stocked at Burhanpur in which the entire building and complete stock of raw material were completely burnt.
