Nitesh Estates Ltd's subsidiary Nitesh Urban Development Private Ltd launched on September 28, the Green Residential Project of 417 units on Marathahalli-Sarjapur outer ring road, IT hub of Bangalore. The project will yield a total revenue of Rs 300 crore over next 30 months adding significant income on consolidated basis.

Praj Industries Ltd has formed a new wholly owned step subsidiary — Praj Industries (Tanzania) Ltd, at Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, through its subsidiary Praj Industries (Africa) (Pty) Ltd in South Africa to look after its business interest in Tanzania.
