Dish TV India Ltd on Wednesday said the company has issued and allotted non-convertible debentures worth ₹200 crore through private placement. The company issued 200 rated, unlisted, secured, redeemable NCDs with a face value of ₹1 crore, according to a company filing with stock exchanges. The company had already received shareholders as well as the board’s approval for the issue. Shares of Dish TV India ended 0.93 per cent higher at ₹54.35 on the NSE.
