US stocks fell on Monday on worries over higher commodity costs hitting corporate profits, highlighted by a lowered outlook from consumer products company Kimberly-Clark.
The Dow Jones industrial average was down 25.2 points or 0.2 per cent at 12,480.79. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 1.68 points or 0.13 per cent at 1,335.70. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 4.37 points or 0.15 per cent at 2,824.53.
